Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personalized items

• Opened hygiene-sensitive products

Return Process

To request a return, contact info@revomion.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
